AIM Mission Trips are sent out seasonally from Headquarters, traveling across the United States to deliver a powerful gospel presentation using mime, drama, and sign language. Churches and homeschooling groups around the country host three-day AIM workshops, where their young people are trained in these arts and given opportunities to get out and minister while receiving discipleship and mentoring through intense studies in God’s word. These workshops are provided to churches and groups at no cost to ensure their availability to anyone who needs them. Students traveling with an AIM Mission Trip bring their schoolwork with them, and get it done while throwing themselves full-force into ministry.

AIM Teams are established across the nation to provide local discipleship and outreach opportunities to hundreds of young Christians. These teams continue to learn and share the good news in their community long after the Mission Trip departs, ensuring that ministry goes on. AIM Team students participate in and lead Bible studies designed to challenge other students and change the way they live.

LifeSTEP Internship program participants have an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of running a nation-wide ministry. Interns get to learn ministry skills by jumping in alongside AIM missionaries and directors. Leadership, service, excellence, Bible study, decision-making, communication, evangelism, prayer and many other lifelong skills and disciplines are learned hands-on because they are necessary every day in LifeSTEP. AIM interns are instilled with the tools and character they need to successfully enter into God's plan for their life!
