PRAISE REPORTS:

 - Praise the Lord for the Salvation Army Church in Branson  - allowing AIM to have a room as our ministry office and use their facility for team training!
 - Short term rentals and host families for AIM HQ Ministry staff and interns!
 - Successful Leadership Camp in February!
 - Successful South East Mission Trip!

Please PRAY...
about AIM pursuing a Bed and Breakfast in Branson, MO as a possible HQ for the ministry

Please pray for AIM as we seek God's will on a possible headquarters for the ministry!  We are looking into a bed and breakfast here in Branson that is for sale.  We don't know how much of an options this is, but we are being obedient to the Lord and inviting you to pray with us to see if God is in this...

INFORMATION on the Fall Creek B&B:
  - 15,000 sq ft
  - 19 rooms
  - A vacant lot comes with it - for future building. 
  - Several living quarters and efficiency apartments.
  - Current owners own it free and clear and may be willing to negotiate - pray for them they are having health issues.

We are continuing to look into the possibility of Hobby Lobby being involved.  If they do become involved, they would be able to contribute 33-40% of the appraisal value.  So, we are looking to see how much of the difference we, as a ministry, could come up with or even if someone would want to buy it and run it as a B&B and house the ministry there to operate as workers for it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP:
 - Pray for direction and guidance and if this is even in God's Will.
 - Contact us if you - or anyone you know can pledge finances towards the purchase of this property or to possibly come alongside Hobby Lobby's potential offer.
 - Contact us if you - or anyone you know would be interested in purchasing the Bed and Breakfast and allowing the ministry to base there and run it (continuing to bring in funds for the owners).

We believe that this may be a great "Next Step" for the ministry.  There is adequate housing and training space and room to grow for a few years - and the potential of making additional income by continuing to use part of the facility as a Bed and Breakfast. Branson is really growing (www.explorebranson.com) God's Will be done! We will keep you posted regarding this and other options as they come up. Let us know if you hear of anything we should pursue? Until then, we are covered thanks to the Branson Salvation Army Church letting us house our nationwide ministry offices there. To God be the Glory!
