Then you’ll want to have an ACTION Impact Mission Team in your area! An AIM Team is a local discipleship and creative evangelism ministry team operating under the AIM model, and is designed specifically to meet the needs of those who desire excellence and high standards in every area of their lives. AIM Teams use creative evangelism including drama, mime, sign language, choreography, music and public speaking to reach out to the lost in their own communities, while training the students on the team to be “Characters of Excellence” through Christ-like Character Bible studies and standards. |

- Find a Director
- Gather a Team
- Find a Facility
- Hold One or More Parent Meetings
- Establish a Board of Directors
- Establish Non-Profit Status
- Set up AIM Team Bank Account
- Write Mission/Vision Statements
