"Midwest" Road School Mission Trip - Summer 2006

Ingredients: Eight young people from California, a fearless driver, and a leader from Wyoming.

July 10, 2006, 2:00 pm. As we drove through canyons and alongside the Colorado River, we all marveled at the beautiful state God had created...

I look up to the mountains – does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and Earth. (Psalm 121:1)

I have never been to a cornier state! I’m telling you, this state was all cornfields. It was even cornier then my joke. (Get it? Nebraska has lots of cornfields!)

We arrived at a local church...

It was July 28th, 2006, and we were now in Newton, Kansas, just two stops away from our final destination. It was here that we would have our seventh workshop.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)
